Refunds & Cancellations

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted only for Creation Perfumes and Concentrated Oils.

  • Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Amount & Processing

  • A fixed 20 QAR handling and delivery fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.

  • Approved refunds are completed within 15 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

Return Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the item reaches our store safely.

  • The perfume should be securely packed to prevent any damage during return.

  • Please include the original invoice and order number inside the parcel.

How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return (or a photo if the item is faulty).

  3. Our team will verify and confirm the next steps for the return.

Faulty or Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive the wrong item or a product that is damaged, contact us immediately.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund without additional charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned after delivery to process a refund (excluding delivery fees).

  • Items on SALE or special discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns due to change of mind or wrong selection will have a 20 QAR handling deduction.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
