Shipping fees
Shipping charges depend on the delivery destination. For local orders inside Qatar we apply a flat rate; larger orders qualify for free delivery.

Qatar: 15 QAR
Free local delivery: on orders of 200 QAR or more
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and courier rates

Order processing & preparation
Every order is handled with care. Because many of our fragrances are freshly prepared in-house, please allow 1–2 business days for us to formulate, bottle and pack your items before dispatch.

Delivery times
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number via SMS.

Within Qatar: Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days from the dispatch date.
International: Delivery time varies by country and courier — the estimated transit time will be shown at checkout.

Why preparation may take time
We prioritise product quality. Our in-house team mixes and finishes each batch to ensure authentic scent and lasting performance. This craftsmanship requires extra attention and a short preparation window.

Avoiding delivery delays
Please provide complete and accurate delivery details (full address, landmark if needed) and a phone number that our courier can reach. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay delivery.

Returns & refunds

Opened products: Not eligible for return.
Unopened products: May be returned within the allowed return period; return shipping charges will apply. International returns may be subject to customs rules and additional fees.

International customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes applied by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
